Can I return my purchase ?

Salty Fowl will only will do returns if you were mailed the incorrect item, or if there is a defect with the product. At this time we do not do returns if you happen to order the wrong size.

My tracking info shows my package was delivered, but I never received it.

If the tracking information states that your items have been delivered but you have not received it, you must contact the shipping company to discuss the issue with them.  We will do our best to assist you, but Salty Fowl does not hold responsibility for packages that are lost or stolen. Please contact your local mail carrier and post office to file a claim.

How can I track my package ?

In your shipping confirmation email, you'll get a link to the tracking history.


How long after I place my order will it ship?
